Job Title: Harness Operative (Automotive) - Temp to Perm

Location: Coventry, CV3

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Mon-Thurs 07:30-16:30 | Fri 07:30-11:30

Overtime: Available on site

Job Overview

We're recruiting a Harness Operative to join a busy automotive manufacturing site in Coventry (CV3) on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive experience who is patient, reliable, and has excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and assembling wiring harnesses to set specifications
• Working with small components using hand tools and assembly equipment
• Following work instructions and quality standards precisely
• Completing visual inspections and basic quality checks
• Meeting production targets while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Keeping your workstation clean, safe, and organised

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within the automotive sector (manufacturing/assembly) is essential
• Strong attention to detail and a careful, patient approach to repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow written instructions and work consistently to a high standard
• Good manual dexterity and confidence working with small parts
• Punctual, dependable, and a good team player
