Head Chef – Private Members Club
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: Predominantly Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation within our private members club. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to elevate the club’s Food & Beverage offering and make a real impact.

Responsibilities of Head Chef

  • Lead and develop the kitchen team.
  • Create and deliver high-quality, seasonal menus.
  • Manage food costs, stock control, and kitchen budgets.
  • Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Work closely with senior management to enhance the member experience.

About you

  • Previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Passion for quality food and menu development.
  • A hands-on approach and commitment to high standards.
