The Role:

• Leading the Business & Economics department across Key Stages 4 and 5
• Driving high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement
• Supporting curriculum development and departmental strategy
• Managing and mentoring teaching staff within the department
• Full-time position starting in September

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Business and Economics at secondary level
• Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into middle leadership
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom practice
