We’re working with a well-established automotive group seeking an experienced Head of Business to lead a high-performing dealership in Oxford. This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for the site’s performance, team, and overall customer experience.

🚗 The Role:

• Full P&L responsibility for the dealership
• Leading, developing, and motivating department managers across Sales, Aftersales, and Parts
• Driving performance across all revenue streams while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
• Implementing effective processes aligned with manufacturer and group standards
• Monitoring KPIs, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Building a strong, positive culture within the business

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head of Business, General Manager, or senior dealership leader
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
• Ability to lead from the front and inspire high-performing teams
• Excellent understanding of both Sales and Aftersales operations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
