An ambitious and high-performing secondary school in Greenwich is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Business to lead and develop a successful department.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape and deliver a high-quality Business curriculum across KS3–KS5, driving strong outcomes and inspiring students to excel.

The Role:

• Lead and develop the Business department across KS3–KS5
• Deliver engaging and high-quality Business lessons
• Drive student progress, attainment, and outcomes
• Develop and implement an ambitious and relevant curriculum
• Support and mentor staff within the department

The Ideal Candidate:

• QTS and a relevant degree (Business/Economics or related)
• Proven experience teaching Business across KS4 & KS5
• Previous leadership experience or readiness to step up
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business education
