Head of Marketing – London – Perm – £55-£65K

We’re working with a well-established, premium hospitality group known for delivering high-quality dining experiences in some of London’s most sought-after locations. With multiple venues and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead and elevate their brand presence.

The Role

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy across a portfolio of high-end venues. You’ll drive customer engagement, increase brand visibility, and deliver impactful campaigns that support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a group-wide marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives
  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget to ensure strong ROI
  • Lead and develop an in-house marketing team, setting clear direction and accountability
  • Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns across key trading periods and events
  • Oversee venue launches, VIP events, and partnerships alongside PR agencies
  • Manage paid media activity across Google and Meta to drive performance
  • Oversee digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email, and website content via external partners
  • Drive CRM and email marketing strategy including segmentation and automation
  • Manage third-party platforms (booking sites, listings, etc.) to maximise visibility and conversions
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and key KPIs
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across operations and leadership teams

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire teams
  • Highly commercial with strong analytical and performance marketing skills
  • Hands-on experience across digital channels including paid media and CRM
  • Confident managing agencies and external partners
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with creative/design tools is beneficial
