Head of Music – The Role
This ambitious secondary school in Croydon is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Music to lead the department on a permanent basis from September 2026. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of Music across KS3 and KS4, manage curriculum development, organise performances and enrichment opportunities, and drive high standards of teaching and learning throughout the department. The school is looking for a strong classroom practitioner with excellent leadership skills and a genuine passion for music education. This role offers a salary of £41,934 to £56,154 + TLR.
