Are you an experienced senior leader within Health and Social Care looking for an opportunity to shape strategy, lead high-performing teams, and make a real difference to people's lives?
We are seeking an ambitious and values-driven Head of Operations to join our Executive Management Team. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, dementia, and complex needs across the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead and inspire Area Managers and operational teams across multiple locations.

Drive quality, compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.

Ensure services meet CQC, contractual, statutory, and legislative requirements.

Manage operational performance, budgets, and resources effectively.

Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, families, and stakeholders.

Support organisational growth, development, and business planning.

Contribute at Executive and Board level, providing operational insight and leadership.

Promote a positive, person-centred culture focused on achieving exceptional outcomes.

Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, Leadership & Management, or equivalent. Essential

Minimum 10 years' experience within the care sector.

Significant senior management experience within Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, Supported Living, or Complex Care services.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards.

Proven experience managing budgets, operational performance, and large teams.

Experience working with commissioners, local authorities, and external stakeholders.

Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Salary circa £58,000
