Profile
The Head of People requires;
- Strong generalist HR experience within a multi-site environment (retail, hospitality or similar)
- Confidence operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Solid employee relations expertise and sound knowledge of UK employment law
- The ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on delivery
