Salary: £80-90k (plus company car/ car allowance)

What You'll Lead

As the head of the Sales function, you'll shape strategy, inspire a talented team, and unlock new commercial opportunities. You'll be the driving force behind revenue, margin delivery, and customer success, working hand-in-hand with the Managing Director.

What You'll Do

  • Build, coach, and develop a high‑impact Sales team
  • Craft and execute customer-led sales strategies
  • Strengthen key account relationships and win new business
  • Drive revenue, volume, and margin targets
  • Monitor KPIs, profitability, and budget performance
  • Present commercial insights and forecasts at senior level
  • Spot market trends and recommend new product/channel opportunities
  • Collaborate with NPD, Operations, Supply Chain & Marketing

What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Proven sales experience within Retail for a Food Manufacturing business is essential
  • Leadership experience with a track record of success
  • Excellent organisation & commercial acumen
  • Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Full UK driving licence
