Head of Sales Duties:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Sales to lead our high-performing sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will oversee a team of 10 and be responsible for a turnover of approximately £10 million. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence over strategy, operations, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 contractor sales professionals.
- Develop and execute the contractor sales strategy to drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee a £15 million sales turnover, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractor clients.
- Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement innovative sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
What We’re Looking for:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, within HVAC sector.
- Strong track record of managing teams and significant turnover.
- Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
