Health & Safety Advisor – Main Contractor

A busy national Main Contractor is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support live projects across the South East.
With a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and education schemes, this is an ideal opportunity for an H&S professional who thrives on variety, flexibility, autonomy, and straightforward site‑based delivery.
our Responsibilities
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance on a live projects
- Carry out site audits, inspections, and toolbox talks
- Manage RAMS and all associated documentation
- Work closely with project teams to resolve issues quickly
- Report directly to the Health & Safety Manager
- Help update and improve safety policies in line with legislation
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience as a Health & Safety Advisor in construction
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate and valid CSCS card
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Ambition to progress into management roles (if desired)
