Job Description – Support Worker

Location: B9 5NN (Bordesley Green)
Role: Support Worker
Shift Pattern:

• 10-hour Night Shifts
• Day Calls (hours may vary)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to service users. The role involves assisting individuals with their daily activities while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care and support
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care
• Support service users with mobility and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment at all times

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Preferably of British ethnicity
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Caring, reliable, and professional attitude

Hours:

• Night shifts (10 hours)
• Day calls with flexible hours
