Health and Safety Adviser – Coventry
£50,000 per annum (approx. £960 per week)

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing strong relationships with site teams and external stakeholders to promote a positive health and safety culture
• Conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations to identify improvements
• Delivering training sessions and coaching to ensure compliance and competence
• Supporting the Health and Safety Manager in implementing initiatives and monitoring performance
• Driving continuous improvement aligned with UK legislation and client standards

What you’ll need:

• NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable) in Health and Safety
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in health and safety roles, preferably multi-site
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and deliver training
