£50,000 per annum (approx. £960 per week)

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strong relationships with site teams and external stakeholders to promote a positive health and safety culture
- Conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations to identify improvements
- Delivering training sessions and coaching to ensure compliance and competence
- Supporting the Health and Safety Manager in implementing initiatives and monitoring performance
- Driving continuous improvement aligned with UK legislation and client standards
What you’ll need:
- NEBOSH Certificate (Diploma desirable) in Health and Safety
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in health and safety roles, preferably multi-site
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and deliver training
