We are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking and growing private training provider for an experienced and passionate Health & Social Care Coach.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support and guide learners through their Health & Social Care qualifications from Level 2 through to Level 5.

Working closely with learners and employers, you will provide coaching, mentoring, and structured support to help individuals develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence while progressing successfully towards End Point Assessment.

This role offers a mixture of online delivery and learner engagement, with the opportunity to make a real impact on learner progression and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a caseload of learners undertaking Health & Social Care qualifications from Level 2 – Level 5
  • Deliver engaging teaching and coaching sessions online, with face-to-face delivery when required
  • Support learners in developing workplace knowledge, behaviours, and professional competencies
  • Set clear objectives, monitor learner progress, and conduct regular reviews
  • Work closely with employers and line managers to ensure learners remain on track and engaged
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and support programme success
  • Deliver a high-quality learning experience tailored to individual learner needs
  • Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Achieve and exceed learner progression and performance targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience delivering Health & Social Care qualifications
  • Occupational competency within Health & Social Care / Care Management
  • Teaching qualification
  • Assessor qualification
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience delivering online learning and coaching sessions
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • IT confident with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and learner-focused approach
  • Ability to motivate, engage, and influence learners positively
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude within a fast-paced environment
