£18 per hour 
3-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Permanent Opportunity)

Overview

We’re recruiting for a Help Desk Support Analyst to join a busy on-site team in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to users (hardware/software issues)
  • Respond to queries via phone, in person, or remote support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues efficiently
  • Install software and assist with remote hardware diagnostics
  • Log and track incidents, resolutions, and system activity
  • Escalate more complex issues where necessary

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, operating systems)
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload

Desirable:

  • Previous help desk or customer support experience (1–2 years ideal)
  • Facilities Management (FM) background is advantageous
  • IT-related qualification or training
