Overview
We’re recruiting for a Help Desk Support Analyst to join a busy on-site team in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users (hardware/software issues)
- Respond to queries via phone, in person, or remote support
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues efficiently
- Install software and assist with remote hardware diagnostics
- Log and track incidents, resolutions, and system activity
- Escalate more complex issues where necessary
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, operating systems)
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
Desirable:
- Previous help desk or customer support experience (1–2 years ideal)
- Facilities Management (FM) background is advantageous
- IT-related qualification or training
