Are you an organised and confident communicator looking for a busy, varied role where no two days are the same?
We’re recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join a well-established and respected maintenance and repairs company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team, with the potential to move into a permanent position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking incoming calls from clients, trade operatives, and residents
- Scheduling and booking appointments efficiently
- Supporting the daily allocation of work to operatives, including reactive jobs
- Managing appointment changes and liaising between operatives and customers
- Updating and maintaining company systems with job progress and completion details
- Providing general administrative support as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
