HGV Class 1 Driver – Heathrow Area (Landside) – Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for an exciting contract opportunity based in the Heathrow area. This role is working with a highly respected global aviation services provider that specialises in cargo handling, ground support, and logistics solutions for the airline industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with competitive pay rates and a professional, well-structured operation.

Key Details:

• Location: Heathrow (Landside operations)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Contract Type: Ongoing contract
• Pay Rates: £19.50 – £22.50 per hour

Role Responsibilities:

• Transporting air cargo and freight between airport facilities and distribution points
• Ensuring all loads are secured and handled in line with safety and compliance standards
• Completing vehicle checks and relevant documentation
• Working closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Adhering to all driving regulations and site procedures

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous experience in a similar role (airport or cargo experience desirable but not essential)
• Good understanding of UK driving laws and regulations
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach
