HGV Class 2 Driver

Location – Croydon

Salary - £14 - £19 per hour

We're looking for qualified and experienced HGV class 2 drivers in Croydon.

Key tasks:

• Safely operate a truck to transport goods to designated locations
• Supervise the loading of palletised goods
• Plan route making sure pallets are strapped down correctly
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a HGV Driver
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
