Are you a reliable and motivated HGV Driver looking for a role where you can make a real difference in your local community? We are seeking a Refuse Driver to join our clients dedicated waste and recycling team, helping to keep our streets clean and our communities running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive collection vehicles safely and efficiently along designated routes.
• Lead and support a small crew to ensure waste and recycling collections are completed on time.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance issues promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and businesses.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions as part of a supportive and hardworking team.
• Assist loaders with collection duties when required.

What We're Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Driver CPC qualification.
• A safe and responsible driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of work.
• Willingness to support operational duties beyond driving when needed.
