HGV Technician – Preston
Salary: £43,500 – £44,500 per year
Shifts: Day & Night options available

We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our IRTEC-accredited workshop in Preston. This role offers competitive pay, a structured working pattern, and ongoing training in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair HGVs to high standards
• Conduct preventative maintenance and modifications
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop
• Complete job cards and service records accurately
• Work collaboratively to meet operational targets

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Experience with HGVs in fleet or dealership environments
• IT literate, safety-focused, and team player

Desirable:

• HGV Class 1 Licence

Pay Details:

• Day Shifts: Up to £20/hour (£43,500 per year)
• Night Shifts: Up to £20.43/hour (£44,500 per year), 1 in 3 Sundays time and a half
