HGV Technician – Northampton
Salary: £44,500 – £49,500 per year
Shifts: 4 on, 4 off (Day & Night)

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair HGVs to high standards
• Maintain a “right first-time” approach to reduce rework
• Record repair times and maintain tools and equipment
• Collaborate with VMU Manager on parts and labour
• Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organised

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in HGV Maintenance
• Fleet or commercial HGV experience
• IT literate, safety-conscious, and team player

Desirable:

• HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Tail lift experience

Pay Details:

• Day Shift: £20.36 per hour (£44,582 per year)
• Night Shift: £22.69 per hour (£49,684 per year)
