About the Role We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-maintained fleet, carrying out routine servicing and repairs in a supportive and professional workshop environment.
The role offers a steady workload with an early finish on Fridays, giving you a great work-life balance while earning up to £43,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on a fleet of HGVs.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Conduct MOT preparations and safety checks in line with regulations.
- Complete job cards and maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Qualified HGV Technician / Mechanic (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Previous experience in HGV maintenance and repair.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- HGV licence is desirable but not essential.
- Salary up to £43,000 per year
