We are currently recruiting an experienced HGV Technician to join a professional fleet maintenance team based in Waltham Abbey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HGV Technician looking for a competitive hourly rate, stable employment, and the chance to work on a modern fleet of trucks and trailers within a well-established operation.
The Role As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a fleet of commercial vehicles to the highest safety and operational standards. Duties will include:
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and trailers
- Diagnosing faults and completing effective mechanical and electrical repairs
- Conducting safety inspections and preparing vehicles for MOT
- Ensuring all work is completed to DVSA and company standards
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
- £24.27 per hour
- Day and night shift patterns available
- 40.25-hour working week
