Our client, a leading name in heavy vehicle maintenance based in Wrexham, is looking to appoint a skilled Night Shift HGV Technician to join their team. Duties of a HGV Technician:
  • Servicing and repairing a diverse range of heavy vehicles to high industry standards
  • Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults on commercial vehicles
  • Maintaining accurate service and repair records
  • Ensuring all work complies with legal and company standards
  • Communicating effectively with customers to provide exceptional service
  • Assisting in maintaining workshop safety and cleanliness
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workshop operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HGV Technician or in a similar heavy vehicle maintenance role
  • Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work night shifts
