HGV2

Recruit Assist are hiring HGV2 drivers to be part of a 2 to 3 man crew for contract and seasonal work. Our client is a drinks delivery company based across two sites in Aylesbury, we require a driver to support the drivers mate porter with the delivery of drinks

PAY PER HOUR: £23.00 per hour with holiday pay

LOCATION: Aylesbury

START TIMES: 6am or 7am start (depending on routes)

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday (some saturdays may be required)

HGV2 TASKS: 

• Delivery of drinks, alcohol, wines beer kegs
• Assisting with preparing and checking the vehicle
• Hand balling drink orders and beer kegs
• Heavy lifting and carrying of drinks
• Short and semi long distance driving
• Approx 10 hour day
• Delivering to restaurants, clubs, bars and hospitality 

DRIVER COMPLIANCE:

• Minimum of 6 months HGV2 experience
• Previous experience of delivery drinks will be ideal
• Capable of lifting and carrying stock of the vehicle
• Max 6 points
• CPC, Tacho and Driving License
