Package: £35,000 - £45,000 Basic, Incentivising Holiday Allowance + Company Pension Scheme + Full Product Training.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Hire Desk Controller to join well-established, independent hire company who specialise in construction machinery.

Responsibilities of the Role:
• Taking inbound hire enquiries from customers
• Ensuring all paperwork and administration work is concluded with each hire
• Checking availability of machines and ensuring machine checks are up to date
• Delivering high levels of customer service to all customers
• Liasing with internal team members to ensure all bookings are coordinated accurately and efficiently
Requirements of Role:
• Previous experience in a Hire Desk Controller, Customer Service, or Administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Experience working within the Crane Hire, Powered Access, or Plant Hire industry
• Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
• Experience working with Salesforce would be advantageous
