Job Title: Humanities Teacher (History)

Salary: £170 - £250 per day

The school is looking to appoint a Humanities Teacher with a History specialism on a long-term basis starting ASAP. The successful Humanities Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging History lessons across KS3 and KS4, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, and supporting students to achieve excellent outcomes within the Humanities department.

The successful Humanities Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Humanities or History specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching History up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent subject knowledge within History and the wider Humanities curriculum
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire learners
• A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning
