Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - North London - September Start - HLTA Qualification Required - £120-£150 per day

We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive and well-established school in North London from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HLTA who is passionate about supporting pupils' learning and development while taking on additional classroom responsibilities.

The Role:
You will be working closely with teachers and senior leaders to support learning across the school. The role will involve leading interventions, supporting students with additional needs, and covering lessons where required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Lead small group interventions and booster sessions
• Support students with SEN including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Assist with lesson planning and classroom preparation
• Support behaviour management and pupil engagement
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• HLTA qualification is essential
• Previous school-based experience required
• Confident covering lessons and leading groups
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Passionate about supporting children and young people

The Role Offers:
