Home Manager | Residential Care | North Leeds

Stephen James Consulting are working with an established elderly care provider in the search for an experienced Home Manager based in North Leeds.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Home Manager or strong Deputy Home Manager to lead a well-established residential care service within the private pay market. The successful Home Manager will take full responsibility for operational leadership, quality, compliance, and overall service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations 
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred residential care
  • Drive occupancy within a private pay market
  • Maintain strong CQC compliance and governance standards
  • Lead, support, and develop staff teams
  • Manage budgets and overall home performance
  • Build strong relationships with residents and families

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Home Manager in elderly residential care
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
  • Proven ability to improve service quality and performance
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience in private pay/self-funding homes desirable

This role offers a salary of £55,000 – £58,000, depending on experience.
