Connect Appointments is recruiting a Hospitality Manager for a full-time permanent position at an exclusive luxury events estate in Kinross - a rare opportunity to lead hospitality operations in one of Scotland's most distinctive private venues.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the full guest experience across high-end private and corporate events, with the autonomy to shape service standards and develop a front-of-house team in a truly unique setting.
What's on offer?
- Full-time permanent position
- Core hours Monday to Friday - 42.5 hours per week
- Paid at £38,000 per annum
- Flexibility required for evenings and weekends in line with estate events
As a Hospitality Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading hospitality operations across all events and day-to-day estate activity
- Managing and developing front-of-house teams including rotas, training and performance
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences with an uncompromising focus on detail and service
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and operational compliance
To be considered as a Hospitality Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end events management
- A confident, hands-on leadership style with strong organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across a busy events calendar
