Housekeeping Team Leader

The Opportunity.

Our client, a country house hotel in Thurso, is looking for an experienced team leader to join their housekeeping team for 4-6 weeks with potential to be extended.  

Key responsibilities 

• Must have experience of looking a team, delegating rooms and checking standards
• ​​​​​Clean and sanitise rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust surfaces
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail

Requirements

Essential

• Must have experience of looking after a team.
• Housekeeping experience.
• High standards for room inspections

What's on Offer

• £13.50 per hour
• 4-6 weeks work with potential to be extended, accommodation available if needed

• ​​​Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience 
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management 
• Physically fit for the role
• Good communication skills
