Location: North Herts Salary: £20-25 per hour Full-time | Temporary (3 months)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Do you thrive on helping others maintain secure, safe homes? If so, we’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Housing Officer to join a dedicated team providing exceptional housing services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities

· Tenancy sustainment

· Handling property condition queries

· Handling no access cases

· Tenancy audits

· Handling enquires and visiting residents regarding neighbourhood disputes, untidy gardens, etc

 What We’re Looking For

· Experience in social housing

· A positive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for service delivery.

· Strong communication and IT skills (Word, Excel) and ideally QL

· A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

· A clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
