HR Business Partner - AI Transformation

Elevation HR are partnering with a highly innovative and fast paced commercial organisation to support the appointment of a People Business Partner on a 2-year fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business undergoing significant transformation as it transitions towards an AI-enabled operating model.
Working within a fast paced and evolving environment, this role will play a key part in ensuring the organisation is structured, skilled and supported to successfully deliver large-scale AI-led change initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, specialist AI enablement teams and People Centres of Expertise to translate transformation programmes into clear and effective people outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and adaptable HR professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys operating at both strategic and operational level.
Key focus areas will include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to support AI-driven transformation and operating model change
- Supporting organisation design and role evolution aligned to automation and AI initiatives
- Leading workforce planning and capability mapping activity to build future-ready teams
- Enabling learning, development and leadership capability to support AI adoption
- Leading and supporting change management initiatives to drive engagement and sustainable adoption
- Working collaboratively across the wider People function to deliver aligned people strategies and solutions
- Supporting leaders through periods of ambiguity and transformation with pragmatic and commercially focused HR guidance
To be successful in the role, we’re looking for the following:
- Previous experience operating as a People Business Partner within complex, fast paced environments
- Strong background in change management, transformation and organisational development
- Proven experience in organisation design, workforce planning and capability planning
- Experience supporting technology-enabled, digital or AI-led transformation programmes
- Ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders across the business
- Commercially focused with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- CIPD qualified or equivalent level of experience
The role is fulltime onsite in North Nottinghamshire and the salary reflects the specific experience required around AI transformation as well as the dedicated focus required to deliver the project.
