Artis HR are on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced organisation who have created this new role in their expanding people function This role will support leaders across the business, in 2 dedicated functional areas, acting as a trusted people partner to implement and deliver your key strategic objectives in line with the broader Business priorities to support growth.

The role will involve:
Partnering closely with managers to provide pragmatic, commercial HR advice

Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit

Managing a range of employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinaries and grievances

Advising on organisational change, restructures and consultation processes

Supporting performance management and annual people cycles

Providing guidance on reward, pay reviews and role alignment

Working collaboratively with wider HR and specialist teams

Ensuring HR practices align with employment legislation and best practice


The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in a true HR Business Partner role

The ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels

Experience working in a fast-paced digitally and technically focused environment.
