HR Business Partner

Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in developing leadership capability, strengthening talent pipelines, and embedding a high-performance culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on people, performance, and organisational matters.

• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, building capability and delivering high-quality HR support.

• Design and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.

• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.

• Lead organisational change, workforce planning, and transformation programmes.

• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and influence stakeholders.

• Support the development of a positive, values-led and high-performing culture.

• Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement, accountability, and organisational effectiveness.

About You

• Proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level within a complex organisation.

• Strong background in leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.

• Demonstrable experience leading organisational change and transformation initiatives.

• Skilled at influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.

• Commercially aware, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business outcomes.

• Experience leading and developing HR teams.
