37.5 hour per week - potential flexibility for reduced hours across 5 days

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our dynamic human resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Provide coaching and guidance o managers on employment law, policy and best practice.
  • Manage disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.
  • Support hiring mangers with recruitment through job advertising, shortlisting, interviews and offers.
  • Support the onboarding process.

Skills

  • Proven experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo or similar platforms.
  • CIPD Level 5 is desriable but not essential. 
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative experience supporting HR functions or related fields is desirable.
