Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our dynamic human resources team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
- Provide coaching and guidance o managers on employment law, policy and best practice.
- Manage disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes.
- Support hiring mangers with recruitment through job advertising, shortlisting, interviews and offers.
- Support the onboarding process.
Skills
- Proven experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo or similar platforms.
- CIPD Level 5 is desriable but not essential.
- Strong understanding of human resources principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Administrative experience supporting HR functions or related fields is desirable.
