Hr Manager

An outstanding Solihull school are looking for a HR manager to join their Team 

• a Clear DBS on the update service 
• Strong background in employee relations (ER) and HR data reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience within an education or trust environment would be a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on HR data reporting, including gender pay gap, apprenticeship, and EDI metrics
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, and capability casework across the Trust
• Provide expert advice and support to school leaders and HR colleagues on complex HR matters
• Collaborate closely with school-based HR administrators and the payroll team
• Act as Deputy to the Executive Head of HR
