The Role:
Strategic HR officer required for growing distribution and warehouse company to support the delivery of a comprehensive and professional HR service across the business.

- Employee Relations
- HR Administration
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Policy & Compliance
- HR Systems & Reporting
Qualifications / Skills
- 3-5 years' experience working in HR
- CIPD Level 3 qualification minimum,
- Up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation.
- Strong reporting and information gathering skills to support operations.
- Advanced excel skills.
