Portfolio HR & Reward are proudly working with a reputable, top-performing organisation within the Education sector, who are seeking a HR Systems Business Partner to join their team on a temporary basis; with the potential to transition to a permanent position.

Job Title: HR Systems Business Partner

Job Type: Temporary (Possible Temporary to Permanent Opportunity)

Duration: 2 months

Location: East London

Working Pattern: Full-time, 4 days onsite and 1 day working remotely

Hourly Rate: £24.00-£26.00 Per Hour

Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities

  • Management of the HR systems administration department when you will be responsible for improving systems and leading on these changes.
  • Ensuring the systems are well kept and maintained via running audits and performance testing.
  • Facilitating training sessions for employees in order for them to use the system effectively and efficiently.
  • Analysing data to identify any system errors, creating reports and managing contracts.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience working in a similar role within Further Education.
  • Experience working with the HRIS database, iTrent.
  • Must have experience using PowerBI and Business Objects.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Packages.
