Hybrid role
Temporary assignment (3 months)
Cambridge

Main key responsibilities 

- Supporting organisational change and workforce redeployment
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and HR teams
- Providing expert advice on ER, change management, and operational HR
- Working within a fast-paced, evolving environment

Essential 
- Strong HRBP/HR Advisory experience
- Confident supporting consultation and change processes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience within complex or large organisations is highly desirable
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
