Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 7 direct reports from multi disciplines 
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a critical environment
• Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and performance
• Support strategic operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience working in a data centre or critical environment would be advantageous 
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• High Voltage (HV) experience preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
