Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:
- Overseeing planned PPM/compliance works.
- Keeping the client informed of site activities.
- Assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations
- Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- To maintain and repair all operational equipment within the sites.
To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:
- Qualified at a City & Guilds level
- Experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence
