Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Site Engineer role, ideally based in the Greater Bournemouth Area, although the sites worked on could be nationwide. CVs from candidates located more than 30 miles from our head office in Poole will not be considered. The HVAC Site Engineer will carry out and coordinate HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities on active sites, ensuring technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with specifications and regulations. The role involves diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues, carrying out, organizing and supervising maintenance and repair work. Documenting site activities, test results, and handover information are also important responsibilities. The HVAC Site Engineer will also contribute to quality control, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of installation and maintenance practices. Base salary DOE, overtime available. Qualifications

  • Strong technical foundation in HVAC, HVAC Engineering, and practical site-based HVAC systems.
  • Experience in HVAC Design and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems, including fault-finding and troubleshooting.
  • Relevant engineering qualifications desirable
  • Good understanding of M&E installations, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Strong site coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to read technical documentation, work to deadlines, and manage multiple tasks on active construction or refurbishment sites.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites as required.
