Hygiene Operative - Join a Growing Manufacturing Business
ISQ Recruitment is recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join a manufacturing business on the outskirts of Wymondham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking steady day work within a supportive and fast-paced environment, with the potential to secure a long-term position through a temp-to-perm pathway.
The main focus of this role is to support production by ensuring all equipment is cleaned and washed on a regular basis, helping to maintain high hygiene standards and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Regular cleaning and washing of production equipment
- Supporting production with all hygiene and washdown requirements
- Cleaning washrooms and maintaining hygiene standards across the site
- General housekeeping duties within factory areas
- Occasional support with low-level production tasks when required
- Moving raw materials and assisting with basic handling tasks
- Labelling boxes and supporting simple production activities
- Tidy-up duties in communal areas, including canteen cleaning
- Removing rubbish from canteen and work areas
