Hygiene Operative - Night Shift (Chilled Environment)

We are currently recruiting Hygiene Operatives for a busy site based in Aylesford. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable candidates to join a fast-paced environment carrying out essential hygiene and cleaning duties within a chilled warehouse setting.

This role would suit individuals with previous warehouse cleaning or hygiene experience, particularly within chilled or temperature-controlled environments.

• Carrying out hygiene and cleaning duties across warehouse areas
• Cleaning aisles, racking, and operational spaces
• Decanting and removing empty boxes and waste materials
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and site presentation
• Working within a chilled warehouse environment
• Following all health & safety and site hygiene procedures

• 2–3 weekday nights per week + 1 weekend night
• 7:00pm – 7:00am
• Overtime available

• £14.00 per hour – Week nights
• £16.98 per hour – Weekend nights
• Weekly pay

• Previous experience in warehouse cleaning or hygiene roles preferred
• Experience in a chilled environment is highly desirable
• Reliable candidates comfortable with night work and weekend shifts
• Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
• Ability to follow hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
