Contract: Full-Time (Monday to Friday 8:15am - 3:00pm)
Duration: Until the end of the academic year (July 2026)
Pay: £160-£200 per day, dependent on experience
About the Role
A secondary school in Oldham is seeking a passionate and dedicated ICT Teacher to join their team with immediate effect. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality ICT essons to students across KS3 and KS4 and contribute to a supportive and thriving learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective ICT lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with the national curriculum
- Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment
- Support students of varying abilities to reach their full potential
- Contribute positively to the wider school community
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching ICT in a secondary school setting (KS3-KS4)
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Two professional references
- Excellent behaviour management and organisational skills
