About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Implementation Administrator to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, coordination, and supporting projects from start to finish. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation process, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and customers receive a high standard of service throughout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the implementation team with administrative tasks
  • Coordinating onboarding and implementation activities
  • Managing and updating internal systems and databases
  • Scheduling meetings, calls, and training sessions
  • Preparing documentation and reports
  • Communicating with internal departments and external clients
  • Monitoring progress of implementations and following up on actions
  • Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date
About You
  • Previous administration experience preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
