Job Overview

Job Role: Income Collections Officer (Rents)

Location: Chelmsford, Essex, CM2

Pay rate is £21.59 PAYE or £28.56 Umbrella

Duration: 3-months initially, 9am to 5pm - 35 hours a week

Job Duties:

Must be able to Hit the ground running, dealing with approx 150 properties, based full time in the Chelmsford office - 9am to 5pm, 35 hours a week - calling Leaseholders and taking outstanding payments for ground rent and may also need to write to Leaseholders if are not able to get through by phone - minimum 1 year experience in Income Collections
