📍 Location: Kidlington, Oxford

💰 Salary: Up to £43,416 (inclusive of 34% shift allowance)

🕒 Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 7am-7pm)

We're currently recruiting for a skilled Injection Moulding Setter / Technician to join a busy and growing manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment, offering strong earning potential and long-term stability.

🔧 The Role

• Set and operate injection moulding machines to ensure efficient production
• Carry out tool changes, start-ups, and process optimisation
• Monitor quality, making adjustments to maintain consistent output standards
• Support troubleshooting and fault finding to minimise downtime
• Work closely with production teams to meet targets and deadlines
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment

✅ What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in injection moulding / plastics manufacturing
• Strong understanding of machine setting and process control
• Ability to problem solve and work efficiently under pressure
• A proactive, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working rotating days and nights shifts
